Training Staff

As an integral part of Local139’s commitment to provide highly skilled heavy equipment operators, we have initiated a comprehensive training program that is widely recognized as one of the best in the industry. Our staff implements a proven, practical and comprehensive program in all aspects of heavy equipment operation. From the extensive basic training provided in the apprenticeship program to advanced journey-level classes and certifications, the process begins at Local 139’s Training Center. I would like to welcome all Local 139 members to browse our website. I also encourage all members to take advantage of the classes and certifications available to them. Please contact me if you would like to see additional classes or more advanced programs made available to you in the future. Your suggestions and comments are always appreciated.
Daniel has been a part of the training site since 1997. He has served as a truck driver, mechanic, CDL examiner, instructor, site coordinator and assistant training director. Dan has been training director since September 2004.
